Is there parking available at the studio?

Yes, there is parking adjacent to our Studio.

what do i need to bring?

All things music-related are covered by us! We recommend you bring a notepad for your lyrics and a demo. The studio is surrounded by many different restaurants and other stores for your convenience. If there are any instruments or gear you need that can’t be found in our equipment list, you are welcome to bring it!

Do you offer remote services?

We offer remote services! If you need music production or engineering done without coming to the studio, or want us to work with you at your chosen studio, just contact us. We're happy to help.

CAN you help with song writing or production?

Yes we can! Please let us know the specifics of your project so we can provide you with the most accurate quote. We offer a range of services to cater to your unique needs. Don't hesitate to reach out; we're here to help!

What if I lose my files later?

If available, we may provide archived files, but we can’t guarantee storage. Clients are responsible for backing up their own material.

Are my projects kept private?

Yes. We respect your privacy and keep all music, lyrics, and creative work confidential unless you give us written permission to share.

What is your policy on revisions?

We offer a certain number of revisions included with our mixing, mastering, and music production services to ensure you're satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

What is your SESSION cancellation policy?

72+ hours’ notice – You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Deposits will be applied to your rescheduled booking.

  • 48–72 hours’ notice – You may reschedule once without penalty. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice – A 50% cancellation fee applies. Deposits will not be refunded.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows – The full session fee will be charged.

Exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, unavoidable travel disruptions, etc.) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.

Can I bring guests to the session?

Guests are welcome but must be notified in advance. You are responsible for their conduct.

Can I request a rush turnaround for my project?

Yes. Rush delivery (e.g. within 24–48 hours) may be available for an extra fee. Please request this when booking.
