Welcome to C9-Studio. By booking a session or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or by direct contact.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
First-time clients must pay invoices in full at least 48 hours prior to their session.
Full payment is required before final delivery of projects (mixes, masters, beats, or content).
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, EFT, and cash.
A late fee of 15% will be added to invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date.
Clients are liable for all collection costs (including legal fees) incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the session start time will be charged in full.
Exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) will be reviewed case-by-case.

Clients are expected to arrive on time and respect studio equipment, staff, and space.
Guests must be approved in advance and remain the responsibility of the client.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the studio.
C9-Studio reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or breaches OH&S guidelines.

Any damage to studio equipment, facilities, or infrastructure caused by a client or their guests will be charged to the client.
Cleaning fees may be charged in the event of spills, smoking, or misuse of space.

All creative work produced remains the property of C9-Studio until full payment is received.
Upon payment, you are granted the agreed usage rights (exclusive or non-exclusive, as stated in your contract).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, C9-Studio may use snippets of sessions or finished projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Turnaround times for mixes and masters will be advised at the time of booking.
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Revisions addressing technical errors introduced by C9-Studio will be free. Creative changes outside the original scope may be charged.
Rush delivery (e.g. 24–48 hour turnaround) may be available for an additional fee.

C9-Studio is not responsible for loss of data, files, or personal items during sessions.
Clients must maintain their own copies of all session files. C9-Studio does not guarantee file storage or retrieval after project completion.
To the extent permitted by law, C9-Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of our facilities, equipment, or services.

By using our website, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse its content, including our logo, branding, or text.
Misuse of our booking system, spamming, or fraudulent activity may result in blocked access.

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your work. Your music, lyrics, and creative materials will not be shared without your consent (except for agreed marketing use).

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
